About the Developing Your Assertiveness Course

Change Your Life and Learn How to Be More Assertive

Being assertive doesn't involve learning a 'magic formula' that somehow changes your life - or adopting a whole new personality.

This course will probably change the way you think, give you the tools to improve your relationships, and reduce your stress levels too!

We start by giving you an understanding of different behavior types, then show you how to recognize and deal with other people's bad behavior.

With this background, we then lead you into a short self-analysis which gives the foundation for actually boosting your self confidence.

In the second half of the course, we show you how to use this in everyday situations: with body language, assertive words and phrases, and looking at how proven assertiveness techniques can help you.
